Students who come for the tuition at the NGO for the lessons of coaching in various subjects school and extra activities brought on an average of 300 ₹ per month immediately reinvested in various purchases for supplies and aid from our schools visited.
Investments for the starting of the new school at Chirwa are divided thus:
Rental: 15 000 ₹; rent, electricity, telephone, water.
Office: 8 500 ₹; cost of maintenance of the NGO (mail, documentation, transport,...)
Stationary: 5 000 ₹ for school classes and donations in other schools and balivaries.
Manual Activities: 12 500 ₹ for material use... paper, beads, wool, various tools ...
Tools: 40 000 ₹; for the power tools and hand tools for carpentry and wood carving class.
Wood: 18 000 ₹; for the realisation of the tables and benches made for the classes in the carpentry workshop.
Computer: 23 000 ₹; Additional PC, screens, keyboards, external backup hard drive, mouse, cables, and various accessories.
More than 110 000 ₹ have been invested for the purchase of miscellaneous equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the school, by both my French professors volunteered URVASHI and ANANDA on their own funds, without any help from the outside or from us.
The average monthly cost of the school is 18 000 ₹ per month, including rent, teaching materials, copies, painting, and educational materials (WinS Program).
Fees for help and work in schools where they go is around 3 000 ₹ per month, with food, school supplies and various clothing they distribute. All, are funded by themselves, more than a few donations of materials they receive directly from their schools.
