I am capable of working alone on precision pieces, sculptures, or furniture. However, for certain projects—especially those involving large or very heavy components—I know how to assemble a team to get the job done.

Whether the individuals involved are skilled or have no prior experience, giving clear instructions to the right person—regardless of their skill level—always yields good results.

The rotating scale project is a perfect example of this: a team of farmers managed to retrieve tree trunks from the forest without towing equipment, had planks cut, and shaped the components according to my instructions, using the power and hand tools I had provided.

The result was a fully demountable 14-foot rotating scale for the Dashain festival in ten days only.
