Growing Together, Learning Together
In Chaubas, the land is generous, but it calls for skills, water and time.
Together with Urvashi and Ananda, we are exploring ways of growing food that are leaner and more reliable: hydroponics, aquaponics and educational gardens.
These pilot projects, designed for the local context and kept affordable, have a twofold aim: to produce fresh vegetables all year round and to share techniques that families, teachers and students can make their own.
Here, farming is an open-air classroom, serving community, health and self-reliance.
